Panama City; the capital of Panama – the southernmost country of Central America, and one of the world’s fastest growing Latin American countries – naturally has an ever-changing, and ever higher reaching, skyline. A dense, high-rise skyline that is best viewed from the historic rooftops of the city’s World Heritage Site, Casco Viejo. And what better place to view it, than from the area’s only rooftop bar?
And that’s a fraction of what Tántalo Hotel – the latest addition to the edgier side of town – has to offer, most of which is art – an awful lot of art in fact. 12 local artists have been invited to splatter their wares around 12 individually designed rooms… there’s a two-storey garden wall, live music, fine food… and that rooftop bar, with that view. We mentioned that, didn’t we?
