Anything that claims to merge creative independents, publishers and artists in a space to show off their talents whilst flogging their wares is frankly winning in our book. Thusly, we are deeply in favour of Hackney Flea Market’s DIY Art Market; celebrating all of the above and showcasing a carefully-curated mix of over 60 artists (both emerging and established) who will be exhibiting and selling a range of prints, zines, photography and comics amongst others. The indoor event also features DJs and food to fuel your interests further.
Going from strength to strength since its July 2013 inaugural event, monthly pop-up Hackney Flea Market has grown in reputation as one the of go-to places for enthralled by eclectic, unique, one-of-a-kind objects. Their next event, The Old Dalston Christmas Market, due to take place 29 of November.
The Market is on from 11am – 6pm this Sunday, 22 November; entrance is free.
