Since opening last year, The LINE Austin—the Sydell Group’s third LINE Hotel—has added a liberal dive bar, Dean’s One Trick Pony, and P6, a rooftop bar and restaurant boasting panoramic views of Town Lake and the south of the city; an ideal spot to enjoy al fresco cocktails and Texan hospitality.
Its latest inclusion is a collaboration with original designers, Los Angeles-based Sean Knibb and Austin-based Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, who designed the hotel’s 108 suites, creating a distinctive local experience rooted in the natural materials and landscape of central Texas.

Up on the 12th floor, the 1,475 square foot apartment-style suite is a stunner, with panoramic views of Town Lake; a private living room, kitchen and bar; custom vintage record player stocked with a vinyl collection curated by Alex Maas of rock band The Black Angels; a sizeable table for dinner parties; separate seating area with a front row view of the Congress Bridge bats; and a private guest bathroom off the living area.
