With an iconic Westside location, free-thinking spirit, and views of both Downtown L.A. and the Pacific Ocean, Hotel June merges past and present; the 250-room property imbued with great design, details, creativity and ambience that all converge within a timeless mid-century modern building.
From the team behind the excellent Proper Hotels & Residences, Los Angeles‘s memorable Hotel June honours the soul of California, combining mid-century nostalgia with coastal minimalism and interiors that evoke relaxed beach-living.
Situated in a classic Westside building designed by American architect Welton Becket, and with interiors by Studio Collective, June’s guest rooms are spacious and airy with considered touches that include expansive noise-cancelling windows; custom white oak platform beds, with Simmons Felicity mattresses and Fili D’oro fine luxury linens; and Aesop bath products. Fusing clean lines, warm natural woods and earthy finishes, the Venice-based studio have created a haven of calm in the otherwise bustling Lincoln Blvd location.
Guests can dine a the Baja-inspired Caravan Swim Club which is located poolside and offers a menu of grilled local fish, organic steaks, seasonal salads, oysters from the raw bar, and shareable snacks paired with biodynamic wines, craft beer, and small-batch tequilas.
A neighbourhood hangout as much as a memorable stay, Hotel June is a place for new beginnings. Whilst visitors will find a temporary home in the city, locals will reconnect with their city and state at large. A California state of mind.
