ROOST Baltimore

High-design boutique extended-stay hotel concept, ROOST, make a home for themselves in the new Baltimore Peninsula...

Maryland’s Baltimore is not just home to one of the best TV series ever made, but also now to ROOST‘s seventh property, the high-design boutique extended-stay hotel concept from Philly-based hospitality company, Method Co., boasting 81-apartments within the city’s new 235-acre waterfront community: Baltimore Peninsula.

Designed by architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht, the project features a mix of furnished studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment hotel units with interiors by Aumen Asner Inc. and Method Studios, Method Co.’s in-house design team. The first extended stay, high-design hotel concept for Baltimore, guests can expect everything they need for short and long term stays including fully functioning kitchens, high-end furnishings, a concierge, fitness centre, open-air pool lined with cabanas and outdoor fireplace for chilly evenings centred around a full service bar and lounge.

The Baltimore opening will fuse creativity and culture in the vibrant waterfront neighbourhood it now calls home.

Whether making the most of the 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-like amenity space, chilling in your home-from-home or engaging in the local neighbourhood, ROOST Baltimore brings a new concept to this new community.
