Popping up for spring and summer at The Mark Hotel in New York‘s Upper East Side, abcV — the beloved plant-forward concept from Jean-Georges Vongerichten — highlights the best of Mother Nature from an outdoor space located just steps from Central Park.

The French chef’s temporary second abcV location (Vongerichten also owns restaurants in Miami, Las Vegas, London, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo as well as New York) will be open for lunch and dinner, the space that was formerly The Mark Chalet Pop-Up once again transformed into a limited-time must-visit dining destination, offering diners non-GMO, sustainable, artisanal and organic plates, sourced locally and globally from small and family farms.

Appealing to vegan, vegetarians, gluten-free diners and those looking to be inspired by plant-based dishes, the seasonal addition to The Mark Hotel is located on the corner of Madison Avenue and 77, and offers creative, forward-thinking dishes, tonic and cocktails from Jean-Georges and executive chef Neal Harden, who together will indulge your senses in a plant-focused spread.
