With interiors from We Heart fave, Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the design nods to days spent on the shores of Greece to the riyads of Morocco, with each detail reflecting the rich cultural influences of these regions. Thanks to stylish aesthetics, lavish comfort, and natural elements, serene days become remarkable evenings at CASA NEOS.
Staying true to its roots, the interiors celebrate the rich variety of Mediterranean cultures with stone and stucco walls ensuring a cool respite from the warm Miami sun; natural fabrics such as cotton, jute, and linen allowing for gentle tropical breezes to flood the space; and hand-painted ceramics adorning the walls with bursts of colour. From authentic vintage Moroccan rugs and Zellige tile, fabrics sourced from Turkey, Spain and France, and hand-braided leathers, every element of CASA NEOS has been meticulously crafted to honour the charm of these far away lands.
Conceptualised by chef Michaël Michaelidis — head of culinary at Riviera Dining Group, and boasting a whopping 26 Michelin stars worth of experience under his belt — every detail is carefully designed to enhance the essence of European summers intertwined with the infamous Miami lifestyle, and menus immerse guests in a delightful culinary adventure that goes beyond the expected. Choosing the freshest and highest quality ingredients, evolving in harmony with the seasons, dishes exude seasonal flavours and modern techniques. From fish of the day, to a selection of prime meat offerings, and homemade bread baked to perfection in wood-fired ovens, each creation awakens the senses and leaves a lasting impression on the palate.
