With architecture and fabrication by locally based Gardner Studio, plus eccentric design details and interiors by Pastiche Studios, the boutique hotel unfolds around a lush courtyard, offering a quiet respite from the city, while its wraparound porch invites locals and visitors to gather over a perfectly crafted cocktail or a leisurely meal.
Inside, each of the 36 rooms tells its own story, styled with vintage European and Scandinavian furnishings, flea market-sourced exhibition posters, and luxurious yet understated decor. Whether it’s a Modern King room opening onto the courtyard or a Juliet Queen with a breezy balcony, the spaces exude an effortless, refined warmth.
In the dining room, chef Caleb Stangroom reimagines seasonal fare with a playful, globally inspired twist, while the in-house bake shop turns out delicious pastries and indulgent treats. At the cocktail bar, mixologists shake up inventive takes on the classics, complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines from small, family-owned vineyards.
