Mesmerisingly beautiful and convention-defyingly uncompromising in equal measures, Lindsey Adelman‘s brain-warping chandeliers may look more like Photoshopped artworks than intrinsically crafted explosions of hand-blown glass, but that’s just what they are.
With the biggest names in NYC interior design as her clients, Adelman’s magical works will be familiar with the city’s well-heeled socialites – her wares on show in Manhattan’s finest homes and hotels – but we can’t help feeling they deserve a wider audience. An art show perhaps? Christ knows, her unconventional acts of genius are more than worthy of it.
