Whilst we predictably saw lots of genre-defying, conformity challenging, high-concept designs from the Greenhouse’s young designers at this year’s Stockholm Design Fair, one group stood out for keeping things typically Scandinavian – and very pared back. With a strong focus on light woods, craft and the Nordic environment; the students of the Bergen National Academy of the Arts each created a life-sized prototype inspired by their travels and experiences.
