Guest rooms are modest but elegant and range from 30 square metres for the Classic King up to 72 metres squared for the Premium Rooftop King Suite, home to a spacious rooftop terrace covered by a pergola for privacy where guests can splash around in the private pool overlooking the Parish of San Sebastian. Rustic in appearance, they feature organic materials, tropical woods and natural textures, each carefully crafted by makers and artisans from local vicinity.
To complement the sophisticated interiors and whet the palette of guests of the hotel, chef Ángel Peláez brings authentic flavours of local gastronomy to the table (plus a stellar wine list) via his restaurant Cocina. Respecting each ingredient and using a range of culinary techniques, his dishes narrate and exalt the richness of Yucatecan food, nodding to the knowledge he acquired throughout his career cutting his teeth in an assortment of kitchens throughout Mexico.
Fans of enology and mixology will also rejoice at the mention of Speakeasy Aljibe, a secret cave where drinking spirits, beers, wines and original mixtures is an unprecedented experience.
