Paris's creative and intellectual past is honoured in style at Roaring Twenties-inspired design hotel, Le Grand Hôtel Cayré...

Located in the heart of Paris’s Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighbourhood, Le Grand Hôtel Cayré encapsulates the refined spirit of its surroundings whilst honouring its vibrant creative past. With 123 tasteful rooms and suites that combine Parisian apartment-style interiors with considered details, guest can opt from a range of individually designed room options, including Classic, Superior, Deluxe and Deluxe Studio categories, with some revealing unforgettable views of the city’s Eiffel Tower.

Designed by interior design studio Michaelis Boyd, interiors take inspiration from the old-world charm of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and draws on the creative culture of the surrounding boulevards and avenues. Situated in the 7th arrondissement between the vibrant Boulevard Raspail and the commercial Rue du Bac, Le Grand Hôtel Cayré marks the rebirth of the historic Hôtel Cayré, where Parisian artists, writers, and intellectuals once resided.

Thoughtfully designed communal areas include The Gallery, a space for guests to enjoy a drink during check in, get lost in a good book, focus on work, or simply sit back and enjoy some people-watching. The Refresh Room — which will become a Miiro brand signature — is a place for guests to freshen up and leave luggage, the room equipped with modish changing rooms, showers, toiletries, charging points, and smart lockers.

French cuisine is served at Annette, who takes its name from Annette Kolb, the inspirational French-German writer and pacifist who lived at the original Hotel Cayré for 17 years from 1944. Overseen by the former head chef for Alain Ducasse and world œufs en meurette champion, Bruno Brangea, the menu offers a fresh interpretation of traditional all-day brasserie dining, with contemporary twists on classic dishes, like croque monsieur, tartare du boeuf, and crème brûlée. Those looking for a somewhere to carry on their evening after dinner should seek out Officine Bac, a hidden bar occupying the site of a former officine (pharmaceutical dispensary), and the epitome of Parisian glamour and intimacy.

For a Roaring Twenties-inspired design hotel in a vibrant area of Paris, Le Grand Hôtel Cayré is an unforgettable spot where history, creativity and modernity come together in the most stylish of ways.
