Method Co. are the prolific Philadelphia-based hospitality and development brand behind We Heart-approved projects including ROOST, Wm. Mulherin’s Sons, Charleston’s The Pinch Hotel and The Quoin Hotel, Wilmington, Delaware, and are back with the launch of a highly-anticipated development in Atlanta, Georgia.
Created in collaboration with developer New City Properties, FORTH Atlanta is an ambitious project that marks a first-of-its-kind for the city, and fuses the worlds of hospitality, design and culture, wellness, cuisine and more; its centrepiece the 196-room, Morris Adjmi-designed FORTH Hotel, which arrives with a host of food and beverage concepts, pool, fitness centre and spa, and 39 residential suites for those looking for a longer stay.

With exquisitely designed communal spaces that juxtapose Americana and contemporary European influences, FORTH Hotel sees old and new collide throughout; its modern architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the Atlanta skyline softened by the use of handmade wooden furniture, vintage pieces, curated curios and layered fabrics. Bringing an unexpected warmth to a new steel and glass structure, the hotel acts as a blueprint for giving a considered touch to new build projects.
Bars and restaurants at FORTH offer a variety of concepts and have been designed by Philadelphia-based Stokes Architecture + Design, in collaboration with Method Studios. From the ground floor up to the rooftop, offerings include modern Italian steakhouse, Il Premio; rooftop cocktail lounge, Moonlight; airy Mediterranean restaurant Elektra; and Bar Premio, a lobby bar inspired by the essence of aperitivo.
A world-class 20,000 square foot wellness and fitness centre has been designed to offer an elevated, spa-like experience and includes all from yoga to barre, HIIT to meditation, recovery treatments including Theragun devices, massages, steam room, cold plunge and much, much more. The centre is open to hotel guests and members of the FORTH Club, which is a private, members-only social club that is set to forge a new community unlike anything else in this part of the United States.
Located in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward, rapidly finding itself in possession of the ‘city’s hippest neighbourhood’ title, Method Co.’s first foray into the Georgia capital is a significant one; FORTH Atlanta set to be one of North America’s most talked about hospitality projects.
